همچنان که اطلاع دارید،اجلاس سازمان جهانی کار(آی ال او) که ارگانی سه جانبه گرا می باشد دراوایل ژوئن هر سال در شهر ژنو برگزار می شود.طی این اجلاس به مانند هر سال از ایران ، جدا از وزیرکار و نمایندگان کارفرمایی ، عده ای ازعوامل رژیم جمهوری اسلامی  به نام نماینده کارگران به ژنو گسیل می گردند. ما با صدای بلند اعلام می داریم : اینان نمایندگان کارگران و تشکل های مستقل  سندیکایی کارگری درایران نیستند.

در ایران ایجادتشکل های مستقل کارگری جرم محسوب می شود و هر گونه تلاشی برای برپایی آن دایما با دستگیری و زندان وشکنجه نمایند گان کارگران همراه بوده و هست . از جمله نمایندگان مستقل جنبش سندیکایی کارگران که طی سال های گذشته توسط کلکتیو سندیکاههای فرانسه به پاریس دعوت شدند می توان ازآقایان حسن سعیدی ، رضا شهابی و داوود رضوی ازسندیکای مستقل کارگران شرکت واحد تهران (حومه) ،علی نجاتی از سندیکای مستقل کارگران نیشکر هفت تپه و محمود صالحی از انجمن خبازان سقز نام برد که درجلسات متعدد جانبی و آلترناتیواجلاس سازمان جهانی کار به منظور بیان مشقات و مشکلات بیشمارکارگران در ایران شرکت داشتند.

رژیم اسلامی ایران در اول ماه مه، روز جهانی کارگر امسال با تهاجم به صف عظیم کارگران ، معلمان ، بازنشستگان ودانشجویان که متحدانه برای طرح مطالبات مشترک خویش در برابر مجلس اسلامی اجتماع کرده بودند ، توسط قوای امنیتی و ضد شورش حمله بردند و دهها نفررا بازداشت کردند، که تا این تاریخ تعدادی از آنان با قرار وثیقه آزاد شدند ولی هنوز عده ای در زندان بسر می برند که آقای حسن سعیدی عضو سندیکای مستقل شرکت واحد اتوبوسرانی تهران و حومه نیز جزآنان است. آقای اسماعیل بخشی نماینده سندیکای مستقل کارگران نیشکر هفت تپه وخانم سپیده قلیان وعلی نجاتی نیز در جریان اعتصاب کارگران هفت تپه دستگیرو اکنون چند ماهی است که در زندان و زیر شکنجه بسر می برند.و تعدادی از نماینده گان شورای هماهنگی تشکلهای صنفی فرهنگیان ایران کماکان در زندان بسر می برند.

ما فعالان نهاد های همبستگی با جنبش کارگری در ایران ، در کشورهای اروپا ، استرالیا و کانادا ،  بدون کمترین توهمی نسبت به ماهیت و اهداف سازمان جهانی کار (آی.ال. او ) و اجلاسش که نماینده گان رژیم ارتجاعی جهموری اسلامی ایران نیز درآن حضور دارند ،ضمن تشکر از کارگران و نماینده گانی که تاکنون با هم طبقه ای های خود در ایران اعلام همبستگی کرده اند ازکلیه کارگران و نهادهای کارگری در جهان  تقاضا می کنیم از تمام امکانات خود برای فشار بر رژیم اسلامی و آزادی بی قید و شرط همه همکاران زندانی خود در ایران دریغ نکنند!

With the warmest greetings,

As you are aware, the summit of the international labor organization (ILO) – that is the trilogy body – will be held in Geneva, in June of each year.

 Like every year, besides the Ministry of Labor, and the employers’ representatives, some of the security agents of the Islamic regime will be dispatched to Geneva, in the name of the Iranian representatives during this session.

We declare loudly: that these are neither the representatives of the Iranian labors, nor the independent labor syndicate organizations in Iran.

The creation of the independent organizations in Iran is considered a crime, and any attempt to form of attempt to establish such a group, will be dealt with arrest, imprisonment and torture of the workers ‘representatives on a continuous basis.

The following independent representative of the workers ‘trade union movements, have been invited to Paris by the French collective syndicates over the past years: Mr. Hassan Saeedi, Reza Shahabi, and Davoud Razavi, of the independent syndicate of Tehran Bus company and suburbs (known as Sherkat e wahed e Tehran), Ali Nejati of the independent Haft Tappeh Sugarcane workers’ Syndicate, and Mahmoud Salehi of the Saghez bakery association, who have participated in the numerous sidelong and alternative meetings of ILO, in order to expose the difficulties and countless problems of the Iranian workers.

On May Day – the international workers’ day of this year, the security and antiriot forces of the Islamic regime of Iran, attacked the huge queues of workers, teachers, retirees, and students, who gathered united in front of the Islamic parliament House, demanding their common rights. Subsequent of this, dozens were arrested and detained, which to this date, some have been released on bail, but others are still in prison, like Mr. Hassan Saeedi, a member of the syndicate of Tehran Bus Company and suburbs as well as others.

Mr. Ismail Bakhshi, the representative of the independent Haft Tappeh Sugarcane workers’ Syndicate, and Miss Sepideh Gholian, and Ali Nejati who have been arrested during the strike of Haft Tappeh workers several months ago, are all in jail and are being subjected to torture. Also, a number of members of the representatives of the coordinating council of Iranian cultural guild organizations are still in prison.

We, the activists in the solidarity committees with Iranian workers movements in European countries, Australia and Canada, without any illusion towards the nature and objectives of the ILO, and its sessions, which the representatives of the reactionary Islamic Republic are presented, whilst appreciating the workers and the representatives who have already declared solidarity with their co- class comrades, brothers and sisters in Iran, we call on all the workers and labor organizations of the world, without hesitation, to use all possible means to pressure the Islamic regime to free immediately and unconditionally, all of your co-class imprisoned workers in Iran.

Long live the international solidarity of the workers!
